At Knacks, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality khakhra snacks and other products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.
No Returns or Refunds
- All sales are final.
- We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, consumed, or simply not to your taste preference.
- Refunds will not be issued under normal circumstances.
Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Delivery Only) We may, at our sole discretion, review requests in the rare case where:
- Products are damaged during transit, or
- You receive an incorrect order.
To be considered, you must:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photo or video evidence of the damaged/incorrect product at the time of opening the package.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement of the product (subject to availability). Once the replacement is approved, the item will be delivered within 10 working days.
