Processing Time
- All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of placing your order.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Options & Costs
- Standard Shipping (India): Free shipping above ₹599 on all orders within India.
- Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India.
- All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment address at Your Space PG, 32, near Manju Food, Cave Temple Road, Garvebhai Palya, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560076.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping for our perishable food products.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow your package's journey until delivery.

Delivery Timeframes
- Standard shipping delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Express shipping delivery is faster and the estimated time will be shown at checkout.
- Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or festivals/holidays. We are not liable for such delays once the package has been handed over to the courier partner.
