- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- By placing an order, you confirm all details provided are accurate and complete.

2. Products
- Product Descriptions: We aim to display our snacks accurately, but colors, packaging, and sizes may vary by device settings.
- Freshness & Quality: Our khakhra and snack products are perishable. Store in a cool, dry place and keep sealed. We are not responsible for damage due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
- Pricing: Prices are in INR and typically inclusive of GST. We may change prices without notice. If there is a pricing error, we may cancel orders for the incorrectly priced item.

3. Orders and Payments
- Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation from us signifies acceptance and forms the contract.
- Payment: Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store card details.
- Order Cancellation: Orders usually cannot be canceled after shipping. Contact us as soon as possible and we will help if possible.
